A senior read on why your pipeline isn’t moving.
Thirty minutes of the senior team’s time, prepared and delivered as a recorded walkthrough and a one-page summary. No slides. No obligation to work with us afterwards.
What the audit covers
We look at three things: who you’re going after, what you’re saying to them, and how the inbound and outbound motion is actually running. The point isn’t to give you a list of problems. It’s to identify the two or three changes that will produce the largest movement in booked meetings inside the next quarter.
What you’ll receive
- A recorded walkthrough — typically 15 to 25 minutes — sent as a video link.
- A one-page summary of findings, ranked by expected impact.
- A short recommendation on what to do next, whether or not it involves us.
Turnaround is two working days from the point we have what we need. We limit the audit to five engagements a week so the work stays senior.
How we prepare it
- You share your website, a recent outbound example (email or LinkedIn), and the deal profile you’re trying to move.
- We review the material against the same framework we use with paying clients — market, message, motion.
- We record the walkthrough, write the summary, and send both to the address you provided.
Who this is for
Founders and operating leaders at startups and small businesses selling B2B, typically between five and fifty employees, with a defined offer and at least some pipeline activity to review. If you’re pre-product or without a website, the audit won’t give you what you need — we’ll say so and suggest a better starting point.
Cost
There is no fee. We do this to make the working relationship legible before either side commits to anything larger. If the walkthrough is useful, we’ll offer to talk about scope. If it isn’t, the audit is still yours to keep and share internally.
Prepared, not templated
Each audit is written from scratch against your material. No form-letter frameworks.
Senior team only
The person who records the walkthrough is the same person you would work with afterwards.
Honest read
If we can’t materially help, we say so on the walkthrough and point you toward someone who can.
Nothing pitched to you
The audit is the deliverable. Any conversation about working together is a separate meeting you request.
What you see in the walkthrough.
An excerpt from a recent audit for a seed-stage B2B SaaS team. Company details redacted with permission.
The sequence is asking for a meeting before it has earned a reply.
The current three-step sequence opens with a paragraph about your product and closes with a request for thirty minutes on the calendar. Every message is well written, but each one is asking the reader to do the same thing — commit time to a stranger — which is the highest-friction action available.
What we’d change: reshape step one to ask a single, specific question that can be answered in a sentence. Reserve the meeting ask for step three, after two lower-cost interactions have already earned context. Expected effect: reply rate roughly two to three times higher on the same list, based on the same change made across five comparable engagements.
Included in the walkthrough: rewritten example of steps one, two, and three, using your product and your ICP.
Questions worth asking before you send anything.
Is this really free, or does it end with a proposal?
It’s genuinely free, and it ends with the walkthrough. If you’d like to talk about working together afterwards, you can request a separate call. We don’t attach a proposal to the audit itself.
How long does it take to receive it?
Two working days from the point we have what we need. If we’re at capacity for the week, we’ll tell you when we can start and give you the choice to wait or not.
Who is actually preparing it?
A member of the senior team — the same people who deliver client engagements. There is no junior hand-off before or after.
What do you need from us?
Your website, one recent outbound example (an email or LinkedIn message you’ve actually sent), and the deal profile you’re trying to move. Anything else you want to share is welcome but not required.
Will you keep our material confidential?
Yes. Nothing you send is used publicly without explicit written permission, and we don’t share it with third parties. See our privacy policy for the full terms.
What if you don’t think you can help?
We’ll say so in the walkthrough, explain why, and point you toward the kind of team or approach that would fit better. That’s a normal outcome, not an unusual one.
If it helps, it helps. If it doesn’t, you’ll have a clearer view of where the pipeline is actually stuck — which is worth doing on its own.
